You'll design advertiser-facing tools on Spotify's self-serve advertising platform, working with data scientists and engineers to build intuitive, AI-powered features. This role offers the chance to shape high-impact product growth in a remote-friendly environment.

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for the advertising platform.
  • Contribute to and maintain a shared design system.
  • Collaborate with engineers on backend systems and ML features.
  • Partner with PMs, researchers, and data scientists on product direction.

  • 3+ years experience designing complex B2B digital products.
  • Strong visual design foundation and attention to detail.
  • Experience connecting design decisions to business goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and AI-powered features.

  • Experience designing advertising or monetization tools.
  • Background in operational tooling for internal users.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale design systems.
