You'll design advertiser-facing tools on Spotify's self-serve advertising platform, working with data scientists and engineers to build intuitive, AI-powered features. This role offers the chance to shape high-impact product growth in a remote-friendly environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for the advertising platform.
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system.
- Collaborate with engineers on backend systems and ML features.
- Partner with PMs, researchers, and data scientists on product direction.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing complex B2B digital products.
- Strong visual design foundation and attention to detail.
- Experience connecting design decisions to business goals.
- Comfort with ambiguity and AI-powered features.
