Description

In this role, you will lead end-to-end design for enterprise platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and digital products, collaborating with consulting teams and clients to transform complex ideas into polished, usable realities. You'll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, maintain design systems, and integrate emerging interfaces like conversational agents and generative AI assistants. Your work will drive impactful digital transformation across industries in Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in consulting, digital product, or enterprise services contexts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing full-lifecycle design work: research, strategy, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and design system contributions.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite; solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and enterprise UI patterns.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing (qualitative and quantitative insights).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design: discovery workshops, user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, design hand-off, and developer collaboration.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand user needs, business goals, platform constraints, and future-state workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and interaction libraries for web, mobile, portal, and AI assistant interfaces.
• Design UI/UX aligned with enterprise platforms (OutSystems, ServiceNow, Power Platform) and complex data flows.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
