Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, creating scalable programs and toolkits to empower teams, customers, and partners. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, developing workshops, enablement materials, and best practices while collaborating cross-functionally to drive adoption and inform product innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar role
• Deep familiarity with CMS, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks like React, Next.js, and APIs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience building and scaling technical enablement programs in a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices
• Develop prescriptive implementation guidance and synthesize into workshops and enablement materials
• Establish a strategic, scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance and architectural recommendations
