💼 About This Role
You'll lead new business growth by converting prospective clients into long-term customers for Tillo's gift card and rewards platform. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract and go-live, targeting £250k+ Year 1 revenue. This hybrid role is based in Hove with two office days per week.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and events
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Conduct structured discovery and present tailored proposals
- Negotiate commercial agreements with UK and international clients
📋 Requirements
- 3–6+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales (fintech, payments, or API-based platforms)
- Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong commercial negotiation and multi-stakeholder sales skills

- Experience in gift cards, rewards, incentives, or loyalty sectors
- Exposure to global or international sales environments
- Additional European language skills
