💼 About This Role

You'll lead new business growth by converting prospective clients into long-term customers for Tillo's gift card and rewards platform. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract and go-live, targeting £250k+ Year 1 revenue. This hybrid role is based in Hove with two office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and events
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Conduct structured discovery and present tailored proposals
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with UK and international clients

📋 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales (fintech, payments, or API-based platforms)
  • Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Strong commercial negotiation and multi-stakeholder sales skills

  • Exposure to global or international sales environments
