๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and lead Dropbox's sales-assisted growth motion from the ground up, blending product-led growth with targeted sales engagement. Your core impact: designing segmentation and coverage models that accelerate conversion and expansion across self-serve customers. This role stands out for shaping AI deployment and experimentation frameworks at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build a self-serve segmentation model to identify customers for the right sales motion.
- Design coverage model that introduces sales engagement at optimal customer journey points.
- Partner with data science to operationalize data-driven targeting strategy.
- Define AI deployment across scaled sales motion to improve productivity and outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS sales or GTM leadership including hybrid PLG environments.
- Proven track record designing segmentation or coverage models that improved conversion or efficiency.
- Experience partnering with analytics, data science, marketing to translate insights into execution.
- Demonstrated success building new programs or teams from the ground up in ambiguous environments.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building a PLG-assist motion in a multi-product SaaS company.
- Experience applying AI or automation to improve sales productivity or targeting.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and expansion motions in self-serve funnels.
