💼 About This Role

You'll work across the full lifecycle of mobile network infrastructure from lab integration through live deployment, tracing signaling failures at the protocol level and investigating underperforming cell clusters. This hands-on role requires independent thinking and rapid growth with real-world impact on open RAN networks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, configure, and commission LTE eNodeBs and 5G NR/Core elements
• Perform end-to-end system integration and interface testing
• Analyze protocol traces to diagnose signaling failures and handover issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot RAN and core KPIs for performance
• Develop scripts in Python/Bash to automate data collection and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Theoretical foundation in LTE/5G RAN and core network architecture
• Scripting ability in Python or Bash

• Experience with protocol analyzers (Wireshark, QXDM)
• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications
