💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor for Illumio's strategic customers, driving adoption of Zero Trust solutions and ensuring they achieve their security goals. You'll build relationships with customer executives, manage post-sales engagements, and provide product feedback to internal teams. This role offers the chance to shape customer success at a Forrester Wave leader in microsegmentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-term relationships with assigned strategic customer accounts
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for Zero Trust initiatives
• Conduct health checks and provide best-practice recommendations
• Serve as customer advocate to resolve escalations and drive product feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience supporting SaaS enterprise software
• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry products and Zero Trust architecture
• Experience deploying enterprise security solutions
• Communication skills to explain complex concepts to executives
