🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leaders to design Salesforce solutions for Sales and Support teams
• Manage user lifecycle, permissions, roles, and profiles
• Troubleshoot tickets and maintain user satisfaction
• Develop training materials and conduct adoption sessions

📋 Requirements

• Experience as primary Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce administration certifications with Sales Cloud expertise
• Expertise with Salesforce configuration changes (Flows, dashboards)
• Willingness to accommodate multiple time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude AI (building custom skills)
• Knowledge of Advertising, Media, Data and Measurement landscape
• Experience with Salesforce Forecasting module
