🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop integrations between Genesys Cloud and CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain PureCloud handlers and integrations.
• Conduct unit, functional, and integration testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer.
• Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX development.
• Experience with .NET Framework.
• Strong experience with integration services (XML, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, JSON, HTML).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Genesys Engage / Multi-Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL Database Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
