🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Hadron platform ensuring alignment with institutional needs and compliance.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features and releases.
• Translate complex institutional requirements into structured product specifications.
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.
• Oversee product performance and continuous platform improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in digital assets or tokenization.
• Proven experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product from issuance to settlement.
• Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure (custody, clearing, settlement).
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards and their compliance implications.

• Experience with institutional clients like banks or asset managers.
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA.
• Strong communication skills for product documentation and executive summaries.
