💼 About This Role

You'll lead early works construction on-site, overseeing safety, quality, and profit/loss. You'll execute site development activities like clearing, grading, and concrete foundation installation. This role is the single point of accountability for preparing the site for follow-on teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute all early works activities
• Read construction drawings and communicate requirements to tradesmen
• Ensure regulatory compliance for projects
• Oversee subcontracted trades and site operations

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a direct-hire superintendent over a relevant trade
• Experience as a tradesman in at least one relevant trade
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to operate independently
• Excellent verbal skills for stakeholder communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive industrial concrete installation experience including mass pours
• Strong expertise in earthworks
