🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of data and content licensing agreements
• Serve as primary legal advisor on data rights and commercial strategy
• Build and scale legal frameworks and policies for data operations
• Partner with Content, Product, Sales, and executive teams
• Manage post-agreement compliance and obligations

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership
• 8+ years of experience in data/content licensing agreements
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts like MSAs and data licensing agreements
• Deep understanding of IP, financial data, securities, and privacy regulations

• Experience in broker-dealer, investment bank, or financial data environment
• Leadership experience or potential to manage a small legal team
