• Lead computational platform science for peptide therapeutics

• Build base-case chemical prediction models
• Integrate computational efforts across platform workstreams

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in relevant field with 10+ years experience
• Python and modern ML frameworks (RDKit, scikit-learn, Chemprop)
• Experience leading teams of scientists and engineers
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry AI/ML experience preferred
• Depth in databases, deep learning architectures, and informatics software (AWS, Seqera, Benchling)
