π― What You'll Do
- Serve as primary strategic contact for high-value enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies and multi-quarter roadmaps
- Lead integrated multi-channel digital marketing initiatives
- Own revenue retention and account growth through renewals and upselling
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital account management or enterprise client services
- Proven success managing strategic enterprise accounts with executive-level engagement
- Experience in a quota-carrying role with responsibility for renewals and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, social, and programmatic
