💼 About This Role

You'll work at the interface between frontier generative models and customer deployments, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of machine learners, protein engineers and biologists. You'll develop deep expertise in our proprietary models to deploy, adapt, and optimize them for pharmaceutical and biotech partners. This hybrid role combines researcher-level model understanding with the pragmatism to deliver production systems that drive scientific value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of generative model architectures and limitations
• Drive end-to-end deployment of models into customer environments
• Build ML data pipelines for customer-specific inference and evaluation
• Serve as technical point of contact for assigned customer partnerships

📋 Requirements

• Strong ML research background with experience in generative modelling
• Proven contributions to notable ML projects (open-source, products, or publications)
• Skilled in writing robust ML code with version control and code review
• Experience building production systems serving large models via APIs on cloud hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in computational biology or protein design
• Built enterprise production software meeting security and compliance standards
• Natural science background in physics, biology, or chemistry
