💼 About This Role

You'll be a core technical contributor on the Global Accounting Tech team, delivering end-to-end ABAP solutions for Coupang's financial operations. You'll independently own development across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, set code quality standards, and mentor junior developers. This role is central to migrating legacy systems to a modern S/4HANA landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle for assigned SAP workstreams
• Define coding standards and lead code review processes
• Independently resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Support ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion by analyzing custom code impact

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Independent ownership of 2+ SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD)
• Track record of leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with S/4HANA and ABAP for HANA
• Familiarity with e-commerce or high-volume financial processes
• Experience in production incident management
