You'll design interfaces for multi-agent AI systems that automate complex enterprise workflows across platforms like SAP and Salesforce. You'll shape how IT leaders experience autonomous systems with trust and control. This high-ownership role partners directly with founding leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full design lifecycle for AI-driven enterprise workflows
• Design for governance: surfaces agent actions and human review
• Run research with IT leaders and iterate based on findings
• Build and maintain design system for Tessera Mosaic platform

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience in enterprise products
• Strong portfolio of shipped complex products (B2B SaaS)
• Strengths in interaction design, visual design, IA, research
• Excellent communication of design decisions across teams

• Experience designing for AI-native or agentic products
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or HCM systems
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
