Description
Lead and evolve Pinterest's People Consultant team, building a scalable model that supports managers and directors. You will define clear roles and engagement across People teams, use data and AI to improve workflows, and develop the team into a pipeline for future HRBP talent. This role focuses on shifting from reactive support to proactive, consultative partnership, increasing manager trust and engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including business-facing HR or People Consulting.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a centralized or scaled People support model.
- Proven success developing high-performing teams and preparing talent for broader People roles.
- Experience designing or evolving operating models that improve clarity, capacity, and service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
