💼 About This Role

You'll lead design for Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform. You'll own the end-to-end user experience, from user research to shipping high-precision interfaces. This role offers high autonomy and close collaboration with the Founder and leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design work from scratch, defining and driving product direction.
• Design intuitive interfaces for prediction markets, finance, and social features.
• Prototype quickly using Figma, Cursor, and light code to validate ideas.
• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform product decisions.
• Evolve and maintain the design system for consistency across the product.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing high-quality consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with Figma, Cursor, or V0.
• Clear communication skills for sharing work and making cases.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or data-rich products.
