Description

You will provide exceptional customer service to incoming elders and families, coordinate smooth admissions, and support the team in a Greenhouse model of care community. This role is based onsite in Ohio and requires strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience; healthcare setting experience a plus
• Critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to incoming elders and families throughout their stay
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth admissions and address barriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Coordinate information flow regarding new admissions and census changes between departments
• Ensure room readiness, create welcome packages, and collect initial payments
