Description

You will partner with existing Oribe salons to grow the portfolio and drive acquisition of new high-end salons in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities include executing commercial plans, providing merchandising and education support, and acting as a brand ambassador to deliver an outstanding salon and consumer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Up to 3 years commercial or sales experience (beauty, luxury, FMCG preferred)
  • Proven sales capabilities and strategic planning skills
  • Affinity for high-end luxury branding and communication
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 4 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with current Oribe accounts and execute commercial plans
  • Identify and acquire new Oribe salons in line with global strategy
  • Train salon staff on brand and product benefits to drive sales
  • Support Oribe education programs in-salon and via digital platforms
  • Partner with Kao Salon Division team to cross-sell additional brands
