You will lead the integration of AI solutions to enhance internal systems and processes at SpaceX, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate across departments to identify AI opportunities, oversee development and deployment, and mentor a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or sciences
• 4+ years of experience in technology, aerospace, or space industry
• 2+ years of technical project management or system-level engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of AI integration from opportunity identification through deployment and maintenance
• Distill team needs into actionable AI development criteria and validation plans
• Serve as primary interface for AI integration requirements, test plans, and system design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program acceleration and ensure end-to-end efficiency gains
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers across multiple parallel priorities
