You'll prepare, measure, and model microwave-related material properties for carbon capture systems, supporting R&D and engineering teams. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Prepare, measure, and document contactor materials for microwave properties.
- Collect, clean, and analyze experiment data (temperature, pressure, power, flow, CO₂ concentration).
- Produce clear summary plots and tables.
- Communicate results in written summaries and presentations.
📋 Requirements
- Completed Junior year or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field by Summer 2026.
- Experience working on team-based technical projects.
- Skilled at documenting work in a structured way (e.g., lab notebooks, reports).
- Ability to manage tasks independently with clear direction.

- Comfort working with mechanical or electrical lab setups.
- Modeling experience (e.g., simulating material properties).
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
