You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, handling front-desk duties such as check-in, scheduling, payments, and phone calls in a fast-paced veterinary clinic.

Requirements

• Previous veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain calm, professional, positive demeanor
• Understand vaccination protocols, lab tests, veterinary terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, complete sign-in, escort to exam rooms
• Handle payments, process credit/debit cards, schedule appointments
• Answer client calls for appointments, inquiries, medication refills
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front office
