💼 About This Role

You'll support the in-house legal team across litigation, regulatory, and corporate matters for a group of affiliated FinTech entities. You'll manage discovery processes, contract lifecycle, and corporate filings while working at the intersection of technology and financial services. This role offers the chance to work with a leading retail trading platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery and document production
• Support responses to subpoenas and third-party information requests
• Manage contract lifecycle management and corporate records
• Docket legal deadlines, court dates, and regulatory obligations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Familiarity with litigation processes and discovery workflows
• Experience with contract management and corporate record keeping

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or FinTech
• Familiarity with futures industry regulations (CFTC, NFA) a plus
• Experience with e-discovery tools and legal billing systems
