Description

You will leverage your deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud to partner with GTM teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive operational success.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience as Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations connecting CRM with product-led systems
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from conception to post-deployment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist preferred
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories
• Configure Salesforce CPQ including product and price rules, advanced approvals
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement enhancements and customizations
• Partner with Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, and Sales Ops to enhance CPQ platform
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
