Description

You will lead a team of product managers across four sub-teams that own the full pricing lifecycle at Lyft, including planned pricing, dynamic pricing offer selection, rider engagement, and price orchestration. Your work will drive Lyft's marketplace strategy, impacting Gross Bookings, Active Riders, and Adjusted EBITDA Margin.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time on algorithmic, data-driven, or marketplace products.
  • 2+ years of experience managing product managers.
  • Deep technical understanding of microeconomics, ideally background in Operations Research, Machine Learning, or algorithmic systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of product managers, providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Drive the strategic product and technology vision for Pricing, owning the system that impacts Gross Bookings, Active Riders, and Adjusted EBITDA Margin.
  • Set and align business goals for pricing optimization with executives and business teams.
  • Define short-term and long-term strategy to achieve goals, setting team success metrics and roadmap.
  • Execute product roadmap via close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
