💼 About This Role

You'll own structural analysis of test rigs supporting eVTOL aircraft certification. Your analyses will ensure static and fatigue substantiation for design reviews. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge electric aviation at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform static and fatigue analysis of structural test rigs.
• Develop and validate FEM models and hand calculations.
• Produce substantiation reports for certification traceability.
• Participate in rig design from concept through Critical Design Review.
• Approve rig designs based on analysis evidence.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (BEng or higher).
• 5+ years experience in structural analysis of aerospace structures or test rigs.
• Proven experience in static and fatigue substantiation.
• Experience producing certification-ready analysis reports (EASA/FAA).
• Strong FEA experience (Abaqus, Hypermesh, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE or similar PLM release environments.
• Experience supporting certification test campaigns.
