You'll join Groundfloor of Observe's expansion as an SDR, identifying high-potential businesses and setting qualified meetings for the Sales team. You'll receive deep investment through a 2-week intensive bootcamp and weekly 1-1 mentorship. This role is your training ground to become an elite sales professional at a SaaS powerhouse now part of Snowflake.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify high-potential businesses for Observe across your region
  • Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to qualified calls
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce

  • New graduates welcome
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Time leadership skills and ability to work independently
