Description

You'll evolve and manage LIMS tools to support a high-throughput CLIA lab, collaborating with wet lab scientists to design workflows, manage system integrations, and ensure compliance. This role is critical in scaling operations and paving the way for oncology diagnostics.

Requirements

• Experience with LIMS systems and laboratory workflows
• Ability to manage software validation and release processes
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience with third-party developer management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in clinical lab settings

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with wet lab scientists to understand workflows and data flow needs
• Perform routine LIMS systems and software maintenance
• Design and implement LIMS workflows for new assay launches
• Manage full release process including validation, training, documentation, and deployments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve LIMS technical issues
