💼 About This Role

You'll join Cottonwood Residential as a Maintenance Technician at The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments. You'll perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs to maintain property grounds and units. This role offers competitive pay and benefits with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations
• Handle electrical troubleshooting and fixes
• Conduct general carpentry and home repairs
• Provide after-hours emergency on-call service

📋 Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Considerable HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• Experience with property maintenance software
