💼 About This Role
You'll manage Trustpilot’s most complex Enterprise accounts, driving high-velocity Net Revenue Retention through strategic whitespace identification. You'll prove measurable ROI and transform partnerships into business-critical assets. This role offers a chance to shape trust at a global scale.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Map whitespace opportunities across global divisions and product lines
- Apply MEDDICC framework to every renewal and expansion deal
- Lead multi-year, high-ACV renewals and mitigate risk early
- Build web of influence across C-Suite, Marketing, Digital, Product, Legal
📋 Requirements
- Extensive Enterprise SaaS account management experience
- Expert-level proficiency in MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in complex procurement landscapes
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into value narrative
✨ Nice to Have
- Understanding of digital advertising and MarTech ecosystem
- Experience with Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
- Familiarity with multi-threading across departments
