💼 About This Role

You'll manage Trustpilot’s most complex Enterprise accounts, driving high-velocity Net Revenue Retention through strategic whitespace identification. You'll prove measurable ROI and transform partnerships into business-critical assets. This role offers a chance to shape trust at a global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Map whitespace opportunities across global divisions and product lines
  • Apply MEDDICC framework to every renewal and expansion deal
  • Lead multi-year, high-ACV renewals and mitigate risk early
  • Build web of influence across C-Suite, Marketing, Digital, Product, Legal

📋 Requirements

  • Extensive Enterprise SaaS account management experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills in complex procurement landscapes
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into value narrative

✨ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of digital advertising and MarTech ecosystem
  • Experience with Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Familiarity with multi-threading across departments
