💼 About This Role

You'll shape the technical vision for product and AI security at Fullscript, a health technology platform serving over 125,000 practitioners. You'll mentor teammates and embed security into the development lifecycle, driving impact through deep technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design robust security architectures for applications and AI systems.
• Embed security into the development lifecycle via threat modeling and design reviews.
• Drive AI security best practices and mitigate risks like data poisoning.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of security awareness.
• Conduct risk assessments, security research, and code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in application security and secure software development.
• Experience with AI/ML security.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, cloud environments, and APIs.
• Proven ability to influence and mentor engineers across teams.

• Experience protecting health data.
• Experience securing Ruby on Rails, Javascript, or GraphQL applications.
