Description

You will lead site integration strategy and manage RSO Teams at Inspection Centers, ensuring successful launch and training for new processes. When not traveling, you'll oversee multiple reconditioning lines to improve throughput and efficiency, and manage facility targets for production, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates with a track record of developing employees
• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be open to relocation

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of site integration strategy by managing RSO Teams and associates through setup and training of each department
• Project manage key aspects of RSO Team initiatives while on site
• Act as main point-of-contact for RSO Team members on assignment
• Lead continuous improvement projects and oversee multiple reconditioning lines to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis
• Fully manage a facility to achieve production, cost, and quality targets
