You'll join a new Payments engineering team in Poland, building Dropbox's internal payment infrastructure. Your work will directly shape the technical direction and culture of a high-impact group from the ground up. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners on payments functionality.
• Design, build, test, and maintain backend services for financial transactions.
• Ensure observability of payment infrastructure with metrics and logging systems.
• Act as technical lead, set technical direction, and mentor engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Professional experience in backend engineering with large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in any backend programming language.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service reliability.
