💼 About This Role

You'll join the Sync Team to expand Outreach's data integration platform, enabling bi-directional sync with CRM systems like Salesforce. You'll provide technical leadership and drive architectural design for a tier-1 service used by enterprise customers. The role is fully remote within India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
• Contribute to architectural design decisions for performance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang or similar languages.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
