Description

You will support the development, integration, and calibration of powertrain and drive systems for Scout pickup trucks and SUVs (BEV/EREV). Your work will involve coordinating inverter calibration, developing off-road functions, and executing test cases to ensure robust vehicle performance.

Requirements

Engineering ingenuity in powertrain development
Experience with inverter calibration and off-road functions
Ability to coordinate across teams and suppliers
Proficiency in test case development and execution across SiL, HiL, testbench, and vehicle testing
Automotive industry experience

Responsibilities

Support development, integration, and calibration of powertrain and drive systems for BEV/EREV vehicles
Coordinate inverter calibration activities across internal teams and suppliers
Lead inverter calibration topics: torque delivery, efficiency, thermal behavior, diagnostics, drivability
Develop and calibrate Scout-specific Off-Road functions from concept to series release
Define and manage Off-Road function requirements, interfaces, and operating strategies
