Description

Support the execution of MMDG's marketing and content strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, with a focus on content creation and email marketing. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to craft messaging, coordinate with presenters, and maintain the department's archiving system.

Requirements

• 1 year of Marketing experience
• Creative, resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency with MS One Drive and MS SharePoint
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools

Responsibilities

• Craft messaging supporting institutional, fundraising, and marketing goals
• Coordinate with national and international presenters to support the company on tour
• Support press and media efforts with press listings, pitches, and kits
• Maintain and update department archiving system for photos, videos, press articles
• Assist with email marketing campaigns: draft layouts in Salesforce, build prospect lists, analyze performance
