You'll shape the global GTM hiring strategy for an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers. Your core impact is driving scalable recruitment as the company scales to $100M+ ARR. You'll report to the VP of Talent and partner with the CRO to build a world-class team.

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for global GTM organization.
• Partner with CRO and global leadership on hiring plans.

• Implement structured interviewing and TA enablement programs.
