📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 7-10 years of Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience in Wire Harness production
• 3 years performing source inspection in wire harness manufacturing suppliers
• Active or former IPC 620 Certification
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating material and process specifications for Wire Harness Fabrication
• Experience with PFMEA and source inspection plans
• Experience with government contracts and MIL standard requirements
