💼 About This Role

You'll design and build agentic systems for automated data acquisition and curation to power Enchant, a multimodal transformer model trained on biomedical data. You'll develop LLM-based pipelines that clean, format, and quality-control large-scale datasets. This role combines strong software engineering with scientific understanding of biomedical data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain agentic systems for automated data acquisition from biomedical sources
• Develop LLM-based pipelines for data cleaning, normalization, and formatting
• Implement automated quality-control workflows to detect anomalies and enforce standards
• Collaborate with ML scientists to translate data requirements into scalable systems

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a computational STEM field, or equivalent experience
• Strong Python engineering skills with production-quality software
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, GPT) and agentic patterns
• Familiarity with biomedical or chemical data sources (e.g., PDB, UniProt, ChEMBL)
