You'll lead Peloton's global measurement standards as the architect of the metrology lab, ensuring design intent translates into manufacturing reality. You'll bridge Hardware Engineering and Quality to drive long-term product reliability through advanced statistical analysis and a zero-error philosophy. This high-visibility role offers the chance to shape corporate GD&T standards and mentor a world-class team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Metrology Lab roadmap, managing CapEx planning and a team of specialists.
• Define corporate GD&T standards and lead cross-functional reviews for functional gauging.
• Establish measurement correlation protocols and conduct technical audits with Asian partners.
• Oversee high-precision inspections and lead dimensional root-cause investigations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Dimensional Engineering/Metrology with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred) and GD&T certification (ISO1101 or ASME Y14.5).
• Expert-level proficiency in PolyWorks, Zeiss Calypso, or PC-DMIS, plus SolidWorks and PTC Windchill.
• Proven success managing Design for Excellence (DFX/DFI) with high-volume manufacturing partners in Asia.
