💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a [solidcore] studio in Fairfax, VA, coaching 10 classes per week while developing a team of coaches. You'll drive community outreach and ensure best-in-class client experience. This role combines hands-on coaching with studio operations management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as lead instructor
• Provide feedback and training to coaching team
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead local marketing and outreach efforts

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Sheets)
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
