Description

You will lead hardware product development by owning engineering documentation and mechanical drafting. You will manage BOMs, create detailed drawings, and guide stakeholders on PLM systems to ensure thorough design traceability from prototype to production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in detailed CAD drafting of complex mechanical systems
• Prior experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter or other CAD tools
• Knowledge of GD&T, ASME Y14.5
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience maintaining a Product Lifecycle Management system

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and maintenance of detailed BOMs for hardware products
• Develop detailed dimensional drawings for mechanical, electrical, and optical components to industry standards
• Conduct tolerance buildup analysis and create GD&T drawings
• Serve as on-site expert on Teamcenter, guiding stakeholders on best practices
• Drive establishment of Product Lifecycle framework including design release workflows and business tool automation
