🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution across federated drug discovery networks
• Translate network goals into execution plans and milestones
• Support setup and expansion of new networks with partners
• Manage end-to-end federated network operations and partner coordination

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles
• Experience with senior scientific stakeholders in pharma or biotech
• Ability to quickly learn drug discovery and molecular ML domains
• Strong product mindset to translate technical capabilities into partner value
