🎯 What You'll Do

• Design systems with resilience, graceful degradation, and capacity planning.
• Define and measure SLOs and SLIs reflecting customer experience.
• Build observability using Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Continuously improve incident lifecycle: detection, triage, communication, follow-ups.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in SRE or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on coding in Python and/or Go.
• Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep fluency in SLOs, SLIs, error budgets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with incident.io or similar tools.
• AI-assisted development workflows.
• Mentoring experience.
