💼 About This Role

You'll drive the enterprise supply plan and rough-cut capacity planning as part of the S&OP cycle. You'll serve as the key liaison between supply chain and plant operations to ensure plans are feasible and executable. This role offers a chance to shape production strategy for a 75-year-old industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply plan using rough-cut capacity planning
• Lead supply review process within S&OP cycle for senior leadership
• Liaise with plant Operations on supply plan feasibility and capacity
• Align enterprise supply plans with Master Production Schedules

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of supply planning, master scheduling, or S&OP in manufacturing
• Experience with rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred)
• BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau) for KPI tracking

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience providing dotted-line leadership to planners
