Description
As a Client Value Partner at Celonis, you will lead data-driven business transformations for strategic customers in the manufacturing/automotive industry. You'll engage with C-level executives to define and execute long-term value strategies, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of the Celonis platform. Your role combines customer success leadership, program management, and community building to deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Manufacturing/Automotive
- Proven experience driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
- Deep change management expertise
- Consultative approach with senior executives and global organizations
- Strong project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives
- Lead end-to-end customer value journey, establishing program roadmaps and value plans
- Resolve escalations and coordinate internal teams for timely customer success
- Organize customer advisory boards to gather insights and drive innovation
- Drive customer presence at events and contribute to thought leadership
