You'll be the operational backbone of Wiz's flagship events, owning sponsorship fulfillment and registration systems. You'll ensure seamless execution across Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, and Production teams, scaling processes for record growth. This role offers direct impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at the leading cloud security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational planning and execution of sponsor deliverables
• Manage event registration platforms and attendee data
• Track and report on sponsorship revenue and registration KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event operations or sponsorship fulfillment
• Hands-on experience managing event registration systems (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo)
• Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders

• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams
