You'll deliver empathetic technical support for WordPress and WooCommerce users in a global remote-first environment. • Deliver high-quality support via email, live chat, and other channels
• Troubleshoot WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, and hosting issues
• Guide customers on platform features and best practices
• Identify recurring pain points and recommend process improvements
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and knowledge resources

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or WooCommerce beyond hobby use
• Previous customer support or success role in SaaS or tech
• Strong technical troubleshooting and clear communication skills
• Excellent written English and ability to work independently in a remote setting
